About us

We are a newly founded company based in Berlin. Our product is a comprehensive eco-system that focuses on the skills of employees. Employees can assign themselves and their colleagues over 100 skills and compare them with standardized and individualized requirements of their own company for various roles.

The skills are virtually assembled into a tower, the Skilltower, as in a building block system. In this way, development opportunities can be discovered directly through a simple target/actual comparison and training goals can be agreed upon. Likewise, further development potential for a new position can be easily identified.
